**post filled** Home-Start Bristol and South Gloucestershire is looking for a confident, relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships & Community Fundraiser to join our friendly and committed team.
Home-Start is a charity working with local families with children under five. We support parents through challenging times by providing practical and emotional support that helps strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.
This role is central to developing sustainable income for the charity. The postholder will lead on building and managing relationships with local businesses and supporting community fundraising activity. You will help create meaningful partnerships that generate long-term support for families.
We are looking for someone with experience in relationship management, fundraising, sales, or a similar field. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with businesses and community organisations, and able to work independently to develop opportunities and meet targets.
The role involves:
• Developing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and Charity of the Year relationships
• Encouraging employee fundraising and corporate volunteering
• Supporting local organisations, community groups, and individuals with fundraising activity
• Organising a small number of events and campaigns
• Representing Home-Start at local networking and business events
This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year. We are open to discussion about how the hours are worked.
