We’re looking for an experienced, values-led leader to join our team as Head of Operations & Deputy CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role following the retirement of an experience and valued senior member of staff. This is a key role in our organisation. You will lead our services across South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, helping to make sure families receive the right support at the right time. You’ll also play a wider leadership role across safeguarding, referrals, quality and service development, working closely with our CEO and Senior Coordinators.
We’re looking for someone with experience of working at a senior level who understands the challenges facing families, believes in the power of early intervention and brings strong leadership, organisation and partnership-building skills.
You’ll be someone who cares about people, enjoys making things work better and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of our organisation.
